There’s nothing that says “adulting” more than having your own space and being responsible for your own self. But if we’re really honest about it, it’s also a tad overwhelming! Suddenly, not only are you juggling assignments and a social life, you also can’t just open the fridge at home and help yourself to a meal (or two) that’s just sitting there waiting to be eaten by you!
Come and spend a day with us as we talk about menu planning, grocery and essential lists for your pantry, fridge and freezer. You will watch demonstrations and then cook yourself the easy, delish & nutritious meals. Awesome, easy to throw together when you are time (and cash!) strapped – while tasting like a million bucks! You will also learn some basics like cooking rice and pasta and making a salad with dressing.
All ingredients provided. We will eat our cooking for lunch and dinner.
Take home a neat little book with recipes and lists.
