Our extra virgin, cold pressed olive oil is blended from a variety of heritage olives from a small, boutique family orchard in the Tasman region.
Slow infused with organic, spray-free, foraged Manuka, this subtly fragrant, slightly lemony oil is perfect to add to marinades, drizzle on your salads, roast vegetables or to cook with.
Manuka is revered by the Maori for it’s special medicinal and therapeutic properties.
Please note: While the oil has been strained, there may be remnants of the leaves. There will also be a slight variation in taste and texture in every batch of oil infused and bottled.
