Our extra-virgin, cold pressed olive oil is blended from Barnao, Frantoio & Picual olives grown at small, boutique family orchards in the Tasman region.
Slow infused with organic, spray-free NZ lemons & limes, this fresh & fragrant oil is perfect to add to marinades, drizzle on your salads, roast vegetables or to cook with.
Please note: While the oil has been strained, there may be remnants of the zest. There will also be a slight variation in taste and texture in every batch of oil infused and bottled.
