Our extra virgin, cold pressed olive oil is blended from a variety of heritage olives from a small, boutique family orchard in the Tasman region.
Cold infused with organic, spray-free, foraged KawaKawa, this subtly fragrant, peppery oil is perfect to add to marinades, drizzle on your salads, roast vegetables or to cook with.
KawaKawa is highly prized by the Maori for it’s stimulating and rejuvenating properties.
Please note: While the oil has been strained, there may be remnants of the leaves. There will also be a slight variation in taste and texture in every batch of oil infused and bottled.
