The perfect way for you to kick off Labour Weekend – A hands-on, fun cooking session followed by a sit-down dinner, with Kalpana, The Original Spice Girl.

We shall be cooking an authentic Goan Pork Vindaloo curry – spicy, with layers deep, subtle flavours, but NOT unbearably hot. Served with Coastal coconut beans and fluffy, soft melt in your mouth paranthas – flaky Indian bread, made using wholemeal flour.
You will get your hands dirty – but you will leave with full tummies, happy hearts and new friends! Curry made from scratch, using whole spices, and lots of little tricks and wonderful stories from my Grandmothers’ kitchens…

Finish the evening with a surprise dessert.

All Ingredients & recipes emailed to you after the event.
 (We will be using pork for a more traditional, authentic flavour. Paneer or tofu for our vegetarian friends.)

We will cook along together and share our meal.
